We will happily provide a refund or exchange your merchandise if you are not happy with your purchase. In addition, we will pay return shipping in the event that we have made a mistake. Please request return shipping instructions prior to spending return money doing so.

The only exception to the above would be commodity based coins that trade close to their melt value. In this case, we will gladly offer an exchange.
